Your role

In the role as SAP Process Specialist you will be dedicated to improve business processes and adjust IT solutions. You will especially be involved in the SCM area, including Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Shipping. You will be contributing to the success of our SAP projects, focusing on user adaption, working closely with both users, superusers and business process owners.

By working closely with stakeholders and identifying areas of improvements, you will have an essential role in ensuring business efficiency, and that the company adheres best practices. This involves solving incidents, driving, and implementing improvement of processes.

You will be part of one of Europe’s leading water treatment manufacturing companies, and have your daily life at the headquarters in Stilling, near Skanderborg. Here, you will be part of the SAP team and get to work closely with a competent and commited collauges within SAP and IT, who look forward to welcoming you. The team is part of the newly established and growing IT organisation within Grundfos Water Treatment, where you will be reporting to the Head of IT Business Applications.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the business by handling support issues
  • Developing the business by implementing continuously business improvements
  • Providing consultancy, advice, and best practice regarding IT Solutions
  • Participating in projects, including functionality improvement/expansion projects and roll-out projects, with a focus on user adoption.
  • Close dialogue with business stakeholders
  • Process documentation, testing, teaching of solutions, and following up on correct process execution and promote system clean up.

Who are you?

Preferably you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, possibly in IT or similar, or a few years’ experience within supply change management, including manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping. More importantly, you have proficient IT skills and can analyze and apply your technical expertise, which can enhance our operations. It is an advantage if you have experience with SAP. However, we will help you acquire the proper knowledge through training.

We are looking for a person who is proactive, self-driven, and interested in working with complex processes within IT solutions. You have a good understanding of business operations and are motivated by finding and implementing solutions that can enhance business efficiency.

As you will be driving and facilitating improvement initiatives, it is important you have strong collaboration and communication skills. Thereby, you are capable of effectively presenting and communicating information to all stakeholders involved. Fluency in written and oral English is as well necessary.
