Your role
As part of one of Europe's leading water treatment manufacturing companies, you will work with the best solutions and directly contribute to advancing the industry. You will be responsible for managing one or more product and technology groups, such as Filtration, Ion Exchange, RO, NF, EDI, Degassing, or Ultra Filtration, based on your skills and interests. Your primary focus is to ensure our products are up to date, competitive, high quality, and user-friendly for Sales and Service departments.
Additionally, you will serve as the technical coordinator for selected suppliers, providing support for pilot testing, including planning, documentation, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. You can also expect to participate in various training programs, fairs, customer meetings, and conferences.
You will be an integral part of our expanding Product Management and Sales Support Department, reporting to the Head of Product Management.
Primary tasks
- Lead product development projects
- Provide high-level support across the organization within your specific product and technology area
- Create and actualize documentation, including price lists, dimensioning guides, manuals, and training materials
Who are you?
We are looking for individuals with a technical background, such as Chemical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, or similar, who possess a strong technical knowledge base. Prior industry experience is not essential as we welcome candidates with varying levels of expertise, including recent graduates. What matters most is your passion for water treatment and willingness to learn. We will provide the necessary training to equip you with the required knowledge and skills.
Attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and collaboration skills are crucial for success in this role. You should excel at building relationships internally and externally, translating technical solutions into a business context, understanding market trends, and meeting customer needs. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is vital due to our international operations.
