Are you passionate about providing technical and commercial support for international colleagues and finding the best solutions for customers? Silhorko-Eurowater A/S is growing and looking for a Sales Support Engineer to support the sales process of our water treatment solutions
Your role
As our new Sales Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring commercial and technical support to all our international sales departments, providing advice, and finding proper solutions in relation to the sales processes for our standard and modified products. You will be assigned as primary contact for selected customers and products.
Together with colleagues, you will also be responsible for carrying out product trainings and thereby ensuring that all relevant departments have the proper knowledge about our water treatment solutions. You can as well expect to participate in selected fairs, customer meetings, and conferences.
You will also support our service and sales departments with troubleshooting and help with specifying and registering claims.
You will be an integral part of our expanding Product Management and Sales Support Department, reporting to the Head of Product Management.
Primary tasks
- Provide technical and commercial support to sales departments and customers via phone and email.
- Design water treatment process solutions, including sizing and selecting units and accessories.
- Prepare price calculations and quotations.
- Plan and conduct product training sessions.
Who are you?
You possess a technical background as an Engineer or in a similar field, giving you a solid technical understanding. Ideally, you have several years of experience in a comparable technical support role within the B2B sector. However, we will assist you in acquiring the necessary knowledge of our water treatment solutions, so a willingness to learn is essential.
It is important that you are outgoing, adept at understanding sales processes and customer needs, and can effectively communicate technical solutions to diverse stakeholder groups. As our company operates internationally, and you will support our global departments, fluency in both written and spoken English is crucial.
